Ismaning, April 14, 2010 – Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Willtek Communications GmbH, entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Aeroflex Incorporated, with the aim to sell the whole of Willtek Communications and its subsidiaries to Aeroflex.
Aeroflex is a globally operating company already engaged in test & measurement equipment including mobile communications and PMR.
More information will become available after the deal is closed, which is expected to happen within the next 30 days.
