Francis Paez hired as Vice President of Sales for the Americas Region, and Ken Harris joins as North American Key Accounts Manager
Ismaning/Chessington/Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S., June 29, 2004 – Wireless test equipment vendor Willtek Communications announced today that Francis Paez has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales for the Americas region. Based in Willtek’s North and Latin American regional office in Indianapolis, Paez will oversee Willtek’s sales activities and the sales management team for the Americas region, which includes all of North and Latin America. Paez reports directly to the company’s CEO and president, Cyrille Damany.
Paez joins the Willtek management team after more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience at Tektronix Inc., specifically for the telecommunications and oscilloscope products. As Director of Sales, he managed the company’s U.S. distribution organization, and he also served as the General Manager/Sales Director for the company’s Latin American north subsidiary in Mexico City. Subsequent to Tektronix, Paez served as VP of Sales for IOtech, Inc., a data acquisition company based in Cleveland, OH.

Paez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer flying the S-3A Viking.
Willtek adds to its North American sales team with the hiring of Ken Harris as North American Key Accounts Manager. Harris comes from MultiWave Digital Solutions where he served as Senior Account Manager responsible for the sales and service of wireless test solutions. He is an expert in the sale of CDMA, CDMA2000, GSM/GPRS, and TDMA test and measurement solutions to key accounts, specifically those focused on transitioning to next generation (3G) services.
Prior to MultiWave, Harris held several sales and major account management positions during a 20-year career at Agilent Technologies. While at Agilent, where he won numerous awards for top sales and division performance and customer service excellence, Harris was responsible for selling end-to-end wireless data service solutions relating to the defense, communications, and wireless industry.
Harris earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas El Paso.
