J. Now I have GPRS in my 4202S installed, but the phone does not perform a GPRS attach
Quite often phones need to be properly set up to support GPRS, please refer to the manual of your phone and look for data bearers, which needs to be set to GPRS; connection, which needs to be “always on” (e.g. Nokia); select “Internet” (Siemens), etc. Willtek has put together some hints on how to set up different phones in a different white paper.
