4260 GSM 850 Option The GSM 850 Option adds the GSM 850 frequency band to the 4200 Series. Channel numbers supported: 128 to 251. Frequency Range: 824 to 849 MHz (uplink); 869 to 894 MHz (downlink). This is a SW option.
4272 Result Upload Option Result upload adds the possibility to transfer test results from the 4200 series to a PC connected to the tester via serial cable. The user simply has to push a button on the 4200. Results are stored on the PC under the IMEI number and the date/time of test. If the PC is connected to a company network the results can also be stored centrally on a company server – making the “paperless” workbench a reality! It is also possible to print directly to the standard printer, which is connected to the PC.
4273 Detuning Option The Detuning Option enables to de-tune the carrier of the 4200 series by ±75 kHz to test phones under certain conditions. This is required to test certain mobile phones.
4261 GPRS Go/NoGo Option The GPRS Go/NoGo Option for the 4202S comes as a SW option. This Option enables a simple verification check whether a phone is capable to connect to a GPRS network by means of a simple GPRS Attach procedure.
4262 GPRS Measurement Option The GPRS Measurement Option complements the GPRS Go/NoGo option. The Go/NoGo Option is a prerequisite for this option. The option allows to perform the necessary TX/RX measurements on a GPRS terminal. The TX measurements are similar to the measurements known from GSM, namely power, power/time template, phase and frequency error. For RX measurement specific receiver measurements introduced by GPRS are performed: BLER-USF and BLER-BCS. The 4202S with GPRS Measurement Option supports of course also multi-slot measurements. In the uplink direction the 4202S can measure up to 2 transmit timeslots, in the downlink the 4202S can simulate up to 4 timeslots; which is more than sufficient for today’s GPRS mobile phones.
Highlights:
GPRS option available in two versions: GPRS Go/NoGo test and GPRS measurement option.
GPRS measurement option supports up to 2 uplink and 4 downlink channels.
GPRS testing as easy and intuitive as GSM testing
4275 Remote Power Option The Remote Power Option supports integration of the 4200 into a system. This option eliminates the need to manually turn the 4200 on and off: A single mains switch for the whole system is sufficient to power up the 4200. And after a power outage, the 4200 is started automatically! With the 4275 Remote Power Option installed, the on/off switch on the 4200 front panel is deactivated. The option can be ordered along with new units from the 4200 series.
4281 External Battery Kit The external battery kit will be mounted under the 4200 and holds one battery pack. The external battery kit requires the DC option to be installed into the 4200. The kit includes one Battery (8 Ah). This kit is the ideal option for true “mobile” operation!
Willtek’s Utility Software is used with Willtek’s 4100 Mobile Fault Finder Series and the 4200 Mobile Service Tester Series. This optional WindowsTM based software adds versatility to mobile phone testing by allowing users to create and customize their own AUTOTEST programs.
Customized AUTOTESTS for Specific Testing Needs Using Willtek’s Utility Software with the Willtek 4100 or 4200 testers enhances the standard AUTOTEST procedure by allowing users to create specific AUTOTEST programs for specific testing needs. Pre-defined AUTOTEST sequences can be altered or new sequences can be created.
Highlights:
Intuitive to use software; just click individual steps to build a test sequence.
The software distinguishes features of different products (e.g. 4100, 4200) or options (such as GPRS).
Before downloading, the software performs a sanity check to make sure that e.g. measurements are only done after a call set-up.
