Willtek Code of Business Conduct

Our goal is to assist our customers in operating their businesses more effectively and efficiently and improving their financial ratios. We always strive to be a reliable and essential partner by providing superior performance.

To achieve this goal, Willtek created a Code of Business Conduct that contains rules of behaviour we practice in our daily business operations. The rules apply to different areas of business including among other things Ethics and law, human rights and environment. To ensure the biggest benefit for our customers we strive to deal only with subcontractors and suppliers who adhere to international human rights and environmental laws.

This Code of Conduct has been approved by the Willtek Executive Board, and has been communicated to all employees. It is central to Willtek's core values and work practices, and employees are expected to act in its spirit at all times. Policies may differ from country to country, but will not contradict this Code. Willtek periodically reviews this Code and updates its content when required.
