• Point of Sale / Point of Return – Go/NoGo testing
  Very often phones returned into the service loop are not having any technical problems, the problems are more to do with bad coverage or “manual not read” syndrome. In order to prevent these phones being returned for service , testing should be done at a very early stage at the point of sale or point of return. Willtek’s Go/NoGo testers are well known for their ease of use and uncomplicated user interface. Despite the simple user interface, the test sets are performing measurements according to the respective standards (e.g. GSM, CDMA2000, etc.)

• Service and Repair Workshops
  Because time and test speed are critical for today’s service and repair shops, it is important to have a flexible test set which can test and align many different phones – and support the specific measurement routines required by different manufacturers.
