This software version must only be installed on instruments from the 4400 series that are running software version 11.20 or higher!
Before installing the new 4400 software, please back up your self-developed RAPID! files, as they could be overwritten! You can copy them onto a USB flash disk (or other media supported by your 4400); after successful software installation, you can restore the files in the appropriate directory on your 4400.

Installing the new software from memory stick
Click on the filename image.gz.tar below to download the software onto your PC.
Insert the Willtek memory stick that you received with your 4400 into a USB port of your PC, and copy the file onto the memory stick (consult your local Willtek representative to order more).
Plug the memory stick into one of the USB ports of the 4400.
Select Tools > Config > Service > New Version. The following menu appears; please note the file selector box.
Select usbstick/image.tar.gz and press Install. The software installation is started. Please follow the onscreen instructions.
Once the installation is completed, the new 4400 software can be used.
