6800 Production Test System

The Willtek 6800 Production Test System is the ideal test solution for mobile phone production, used at the calibration stage, functional stage, repair station, and for sample quality testing.  Developed in cooperation with Saab Test Systems, the 6800 is comprised of the Willtek 4400 Mobile Phone Tester Series and Saab’s TS600T software.  The 6800 Production Test System meets the requirements of today’s manufacturers by providing test accuracy, speed, and intelligent test programming.

Accurate Testing and Faster Production Times
Mobile phone manufacturers have increased pressure to achieve better margins and faster introduction of new features and models.  The development of test systems that meets both low and high end test requirements at different parts of the production line is difficult and expensive.  The Willtek 6800 Production Test System uses the same test platforms across the production line, providing consistency of results and reduced effort in resolving specification inconsistencies.  In addition, time to market is decreased because the same test methods can be used during the product life cycle from development, to approval, to production and service.
