Bluetooth Testing

7312 Lector Enhanced and 7315 Scriptor can also test if the Bluetooth device built into the mobile phone is working correctly. A short connectivity test ensures that the additional Bluetooth functionality of the wireless device is available.

The Bluetooth test capability is realised through a Bluetooth device, mounted to the 4921 RF Shield and controlled by the PC running Lector or Scriptor. The Bluetooth test can be performed depending on the phone model under test, or can be switched on or off for all phones.

Required equipment:

1. A mobile phone tester from Willtek
2. 4921 RF Shield
3. 4916 Antenna Coupler (recommended)
4. 7312 Lector Enhanced or 7315 Scriptor
5. Bluetooth option (includes modified RF Shield rear panel with Bluetooth device, driver software and Lector-enabled software feature)

WiFi (WLAN) Testing

No matter if it’s a printer, a smartphone or even a DSL modem or router: 7312 Lector Enhanced and 7315 Scriptor can test if the Wireless LAN device is working correctly. Connection, setup and test are very easy to accomplish. A short connectivity test ensures that the WiFi functionality of the device is available.

The 1491 WiFi Connectivity Test Package, along with the Lector software and a coupling device (see 4916 Antenna Coupler), provides a Pass/Fail verdict along with more technical information (MAC address, transmit power, receiver performance). The results can be stored or printed to prove proper testing.
